I have truly enjoyed my latest bout of crafting fever! I'm stil working on my woodcuts, but these flights of fancy have been fueling my creative fire. The pillows are handmade and feature embroidery based off of my drawings. The smaller pillow features a Song Sparrow and the larger pillow features a Wild Canary.
The pillows are for sale at a wonderful boutique here in Kansas City called BonBon Atelier. They sell lots of wonderful pieces from different artists AND have a covetable sampling of fabric. Check them out in Westport and buy some ART!
I am also working on some super fun objects for your Valentine's sweetie... little "Tokens of Love". They are small sculptures inspired by Sailor Valentines of old. They are a tad bit time consuming to make but are truly addictive and definitely made with love.
